DST – Lockheed Martin India Innovation Growth Award 2013

The India Innovation Growth Programme is a joint initiative of the Department of Science and Technology, Govt.of India; Lockheed Martin Corporation; Indo-US Science and Technology Forum, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry; Stanford Graduate School of Business and the IC2 Institute at the University of Texas. Vinvish was presented with a gold medal and a cash award of 1lakh at a function by DST – Lockheed Martin, held at Delhi for developing the Photodynamic Therapy Laser,. This product was developed as part of collaborative program funded by DBT – Birac, under the BIPP programme; jointly with Regional cancer center (RCC), Trivandrum & center for earth science studies (CESS), Trivandrum


DBT- BIRAC Innovator Award 2013

Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India and Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) organised the DBT-BIRAC Innovators Meet on 15th – 16th October, 2012 at Manesar, Gurgaon. DBT-BIRAC Innovation Awards were conferred on the most outstanding innovators in Biotechnology. The Photodynamic Therapy laser, developed by Vinvish Technologies won the DBT BIRAC Innovator award held in Gurgaon, recently. The machine has been developed over a period of one-and-a-half years. The company has also entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the RCC for carrying out clinical trials and with the Center for Earth Science Studies for getting research support to develop the laser in the future.


Udyog Bharati Award 2013
